He leads North America Payroll and HRIS Operations at Alsco Uniforms, supporting a workforce of more than 10,000 employees, where he drives initiatives that strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, and build practical, scalable systems and processes. Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation for leading through change, developing strong teams, and bringing structure to complex, fast-moving, multi-site organizations. With leadership experience spanning payroll, benefits, HRIS, and shared services, Paul is known for combining strategic thinking with a hands-on, collaborative style that delivers measurable results.

J'Nette Bonner, Alsco Uniforms

J'Nette Bonner

J'Nette Bonner has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, and system configuration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is SPHR Certified, and is recognized for strong critical thinking skills and expertise in root cause analysis. She has a strong history of driving operational efficiency and a proven track record of leading ERP system implementations, successfully delivering two enterprise-wide solutions that improved reporting accuracy and business performance. For the past six years, she has been a valued member of the Alsco Payroll team, driving organizational growth through data-informed decision-making and process optimization.
