Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation for leading through change, developing strong teams, and bringing structure to complex, fast-moving, multi-site organizations. With leadership experience spanning payroll, benefits, HRIS, and shared services, Paul is known for combining strategic thinking with a hands-on, collaborative style that delivers measurable results.

J'Nette Bonner

J'Nette Bonner has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, and system configuration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is SPHR Certified, and is recognized for strong critical thinking skills and expertise in root cause analysis. She has a strong history of driving operational efficiency and a proven track record of leading ERP system implementations, successfully delivering two enterprise-wide solutions that improved reporting accuracy and business performance. For the past six years, she has been a valued member of the Alsco Payroll team, driving organizational growth through data-informed decision-making and process optimization.
