About TestAssure

TestAssure began when our founders worked directly with enterprise customers who were struggling to maintain accurate WFM configurations during go-lives. At the time, manual QA testing moved slowly while system updates, labor laws, and organizational changes moved fast — creating a growing gap between what WFM systems should do and what they actually did.

Today, that gap is even wider. Cloud technology updates are constant. Policy and legislative changes impact pay rules more often. And the need for automated WFM testing has never been greater.
